Oh no, one of the leading cheat engine distributors for Grand Theft Auto Online has been hit with a data breach. I’ll try to piece this article together while trying to remain impartial, but honestly, f*** those guys.
It has been revealed that Atlas Menu, self-dubbed the ‘standard for gold-tier cheats’ for GTA Online, has been hit by a major data breach that has impacted up to 64,000 accounts. The breach occurred late last month, and everything from email addresses and passwords to support ticket data and IP addresses may have been obtained.

Atlas Menu has reportedly been struck by a major data breach that could have impacted up to 64,000 users, it has been revealed. This information arrived via a new listing on Have I Been Pwned, a top-tier and prolific aggregation platform for all things cybersecurity-related.

The team at HIBP wrote in the new listing:
In May 2026, the GTA V and CS2 cheat service Atlas Menu suffered a data breach. An attacker claimed to have gained access to all Atlas systems and published the service’s database to a public GitHub repository. The incident exposed 64k unique email addresses along with usernames, IP addresses, support tickets and passwords stored as bcrypt hashes.
Ironically, Atlas Menu’s home page bears the bold question: ‘Why not choose excellence?’
The site has since gone offline, at least in part, leaving users unable to buy new cheats for GTA Online. It’s unclear what’ll happen to those who have already bought cheats and have been impacted by the breach, but HIBP has offered the usual advice in situations like this.
Namely, if you believe you have been impacted (that’s what you get for cheating), then you should engage 2FA where possible and change your passwords and account details where you can.
And then stop buying cheats for video games, you scrub.
According to netizens on social media, this isn’t the first time that Atlas has suffered from a data breach, but this has been argued as the most substantial leak yet. Following the breach, the full length and breadth of the data was dumped online and whisked away by all kinds of malicious operators, most likely.
