The third and final ID Wristband is found by going through the Isolation Ward, heading into the Security Manager’s Office, and taking it from the stricken body lying on the table.

This is possibly the easiest ID Wristband in Requiem, so let’s give you one final guide:

  1. Once you have the Level 2 ID Wristband, head to the Isolation Ward—found in the East Wing.
  2. Enter the main room in the Isolation Ward with locked doors.
  3. Now, go to the very right side of the room to get into the Security Manager’s Office.
  4. Interact with the notebook on the desk.
  5. Finally, go to the puzzle machine in the room to trigger a cutscene.
  6. Grace will automatically take the Level 3 ID Wristband from (presumably) the dead Security Manager.
