How To Easily Complete All ARC Raiders Trials This Week (February 16)

Week 17 of ARC Raiders is here, and there’s one more week to grind Trials before the Expedition Window opens and your rank is sealed for the Season. These objectives change weekly, as do the rewards, but they’re a great way to earn some additional loot whilst you’re out on a raid.

Every week, there are five Trials for you to work on, and you’ll need to earn 4,000 points for each one to three-star them. You’ll gain points by completing activities tied to the Trial, and if you earn three stars, there’s a chance that you’ll receive some high-tier rewards—blueprints included.

In this guide, you’ll find out what the latest batch of Trials are in ARC Raiders, as well as the best methods to complete each one.

Every Week 17 Trial In ARC Raiders

There are five new Trials in ARC Raiders this week, and you’ll need to make sure you’re online during some specific Map Conditions.

Here’s the full list of Trials for ARC Raiders Week 17:

  • Damage Wasps
  • Download information inside the bunker
  • Damage Queens or Matriarchs
  • Destroy Ticks
  • Open ARC Probes

Remember that completing Trials during an active Major Map Condition will double the amount of points that you earn. Luckily, Insider Gaming has a nifty Map Condition Tracker, so you can schedule when it’s best to grind out your weekly Trials.

How To Complete ‘Damage Wasps’ Trials In ARC Raiders—Tips & Tricks

Kicking things off with an easy Trial, all you’ll have to do for this one is shoot Wasps, which can be found on any ARC Raiders map.

These pesky flying ARC can be a nuisance when they catch you in the open, especially during a gunfight. However, if you’re the one hunting them down, it should be a piece of cake.

The Blue Gate might be your best bet when grinding towards three-starring this Trail, as the vast, open map allows you to spot them from a mile away. Load into the raid with an Osprey or Renegade, and just shoot down any and all Wasps that you can find.

For a step-by=step guide, follow the process below:

  1. Load into any map, though ideally The Blue Gate.
  2. Use your long-range weapons to snipe any and all Wasps out of the sky.
  3. Once you’ve killed enough of them, successfully extract.

How To Complete ‘Download Information From Inside The Bunker’ Trial In ARC Raiders—Tips & Tricks

This Trial is exclusive to the Hidden Bunker Major Map Condition on Spaceport. The Bunker can be found just South of the Departure Building, but you’ll need to open it first.

Sadly, you can’t just walk into the Hidden Bunker. Instead, you’ll need to align four antennas that randomly spawn across the map. Thankfully, they’re marked with a small pylon symbol on your map, so they’re easy enough to find—just make sure you bring some ziplines.

Once all antennas are activated, the entire lobby will learn that the bunker has opened. Once you’re inside, you can find terminals scattered within. Downloading information from these will net you points towards the Trial, but enemy raiders will be keen for those downloads too, so keep your guard up.

If you’re looking for a more detailed walkthrough, check out Insider Gaming’s Hidden Bunker guide, or follow the step-by-step process below:

  1. Load into Spaceport during the Hidden Bunker Major Map Condition.
  2. Pinpoint the locations of the four antennas on your map.
  3. Head to each one and make sure they’re aligned, fending off the ARC waves whilst you wait. Other players can also do this, so you shouldn’t need to do all four.
  4. Once they’re done, head to the Hidden Bunker, just to the South of the Departure Building. It’ll be guarded by some heavy ARCs, so be careful when entering.
  5. Once you’re inside, look for the terminals to download the information.
  6. Gather enough, and successfully extract.

How To Complete ‘Damage Queens Or Matriarchs’ Trial In ARC Raiders—Tips & Tricks

As the Trial suggests, you’ll need to go toe-to-toe with ARC Raiders’ most dangerous foes, either the Queen or the Matriarch.

These elite enemies will only spawn during their associated Map Condition. The Queen spawns during ‘The Harvester’ event, whilst the Matriarch spawns during the aptly titled ‘Matriarch’ event. To deal damage to these titans, though, you’re going to need a solid loadout.

Here are some recommended pieces of kit to take on your next raid if you’re planning to fight either the Queen or Matriarch:

  • Anvil / Ferro / Bettina / Hullcracker (160x Heavy Ammo)
  • Stitcher / Venator / Torrente
  • Medium Shield (2x in case one breaks)
  • 10x Shield Rechargers
  • 5x Herbal Bandages / 10x Bandages / 3x Defibs
  • 2x Wolfpacks / 2x Deadline Mines / Snap Hook (Optional)

If you’re looking for the best place to fight one of these, then consider The Blue Gate Harvester Event. The Queen will be protecting the Harvester, but she can be easily lured away to a convenience store just to the left of the Gate Approach.

For a step-by-step guide, follow the process below:

  1. Load into Blue Gate during the Harvester event.
  2. Head to the convenience store just to the left of the Gate Approach.
  3. Shoot the Queen to get its attention, and then duck inside the store—it shouldn’t be able to hurt you inside.
  4. Whilst it’s over the store, shoot at its legs with your Heavy Weaponry.
  5. If the face is visible, shoot at the small panels on either side of the central red light. This will reveal the core.
  6. Aim for the core when you can to do some serious damage, or continue to chip away at its armor.
  7. Once you three-star the event, you can either head to the extract or continue until the Queen is killed.
  8. Successfully extract.

How To Complete ‘Destroy Ticks’ Trial In ARC Raiders—Tips & Tricks

All you need to do for this Trial is destroy Ticks, the small, spider-like ARC enemies.

These ARC spawn on every map, and they’re typically found within interior locations. They’re by far the easiest enemy to kill in the game, requiring even just one or two shots from a light weapon to take them out.

However, the trouble arises in finding them in vast quantities for the Trial. Stella Montis might be your best bet, since the entire map is indoors, just make sure you shoot them before they lunge at you!

Interestingly, one of the best ways to farm a lot of them is during the Matriarch event; this titan spawns numerous smaller ARC enemies to overwhelm raiders trying to take it down, and it even spawns small armies of Ticks. Sadly, this can’t be done during a Major Map Condition to earn double points, but if you’re fighting the Matriarch for the other Trial, it could be worth keeping an eye out for them.

For a step-by-step guide, follow the process below:

  1. Load into any map, though Stella Montis might be your best bet, especially during Night Raid.
  2. Hunt down any and all Ticks.
  3. Once you’ve killed enough, successfully extract.

How To Complete ‘Open ARC Probes’ Trial In ARC Raiders—Tips & Tricks

To round the week off, it’s another easy Trial. Probes are located on most maps in ARC Raiders, but they’re found in abundance during the Electromagnetic Storm event.

These Probes are easy to find thanks to their loud, pinging sound that they emit. However, they’ll be even louder whilst you breach them, so make sure no enemy ARC are nearby.

The quickest way to complete this Trial is during the Electromagnetic Storm event, which happens on the following maps:

  • Spaceport
  • The Blue Gate
  • Dam Battlegrounds

For a step-by-step guide, follow the process below:

  1. Load into any map with the Electromagnetic Storm event.
  2. Search for multiple Probes, and breach/search them.
  3. Successfully extract.

If you manage to get three stars for each Trial, there’s a strong chance you’ll earn some juicy loot. Share your hauls in the official Insider Gaming Discord Server.
