It's lift-off for this UpUp Casino review as I take a closer look behind the curtain at this self-styled, player-first sweepstakes casino that's landed across large parts of the US.
Expect the 411 on the latest bonuses, loyalty rewards, and huge game library, along with my take on the overall experience, mobile gameplay, and how Sweeps Coin prize redemptions work. I'll also get into the important info for newcomers and share where I think UpUp hits the heights, plus a few areas where there's still room to climb.

UpUp Casino looks the part
Jarring UX or a poorly put-together, templated website can put me right off before I've even had the opportunity to explore an operator's games or bonuses. However, after landing on UpUp Casino for the first time, I was delighted to find I wouldn't have to worry about either.
The dark green, almost black background with gold details gives the platform the feel of an exclusive, old-school gaming lounge. I have to say it’s a really nice change from the usual neon-heavy designs I scroll through- and the colorful game thumbnails contrast super nicely with the darker surroundings.
There are a few practical touches I appreciated as well, including:
- Well-organized sidebar: Home, Recently Played, Top Games, Favorites, and Casino are all within easy reach, as well as quick links for Rewards and Free Play Credits.
- Helpful game search: The search bar can be found in the header, making it easier to track down a particular title without scrolling through thousands of games.
- Clear game categories: Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Plinko, Crash, Instant Win, and Scratchcards are accessible through cool category cards.
- Extra filtering options: The Top Games area also includes provider and category filters (giving you another way to narrow down the selection).
- Easy access to customer support: There's a convenient route to the support area, where you can submit a request and attach files if you need.
The only slight negative on the user experience front is that I think UpUp Casino has gone a little overboard with the positioning of the promo banners on desktop. They’re currently at the top of the homepage, but I found they’re a bit too distracting where they are.

UpUp Casino for beginners: things to know
I don't want to assume all my valued readers are experts on the social casino scene, so for the benefit of any beginners out there, I'll quickly explain how UpUp Casino works. The key elements/terms to understand center mainly on the two virtual currencies:
- Gold Coins (GC): These are used for recreational gameplay and have no real-money value. You can collect GC through free offers or optional Gold Coin package purchases, but they can't be redeemed for prizes.
- Sweepstakes Coins (SC): These are the promo virtual currency used in UpUp Casino’s sweepstakes games. SC have no cash value themselves, although eligible SC qualify for prize redemption, only once any other relevant conditions are met.
You can choose between GC gameplay and eligible SC gameplay, depending on which virtual currency you'd like to use.
Does UpUp Casino reach for the stars with its bonuses?
Beginner or seasoned sweepstakes casino pro, who doesn't love a good bonus? UpUp Casino definitely isn’t shy about dishing out rewards- with welcome bonuses, first optional Gold Coin purchase deals, and recurring promos all available right now.
Some of the very latest, including any relevant terms attached, include:
🎁 Free Welcome Bonus
New players can collect 1,000,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2 Sweepstakes Coins (SC) just by signing up. You'll need to register from an eligible US state and complete ID verification to get this.
💰 First Optional Gold Coin Purchase Offers
UpUp Casino currently has two further deals- the Epic Deal that includes 5,000,000 GC and 14 free SC with an optional $10 GC purchase. The other is the Insane Deal that features 35,000,000 GC and 75 free SC with an optional $50 GC purchase.
🎡 Daily Spin the Wheel
Complete KYC and you can spin the Daily Wheel once every 24 hours for a randomized GC or SC reward. The amount depends on where the wheel lands.
📅 Weekly Coin Boost
From Monday to Thursday, the operator adds 5% extra SC to your first qualifying optional GC package purchase each day, capped at 10 additional SC.
👫 Refer a Friend
Share your referral link, and once your friend registers, completes verification, and makes at least $25 in qualifying but still optional GC purchases, you can both receive 100,000 GC and 10 SC.
📬 Mail-in SC Requests
UpUp Casino’s free postal entry method provides 1 SC per approved request. The limit is one request per calendar month with an overall cap of 100 SC monthly.
The only final thing to highlight on bonuses is that promotional Sweeps Coins generally have a 1x playthrough requirement. Slots contribute 100% toward this, I found, while other game categories contribute less. Always check the details for each casino-style title before you play.
Climbing the VIP ladder at UpUp Casino
Complementing that array of UpUp Casino bonus offers, the operator has a VIP loyalty program with 12 levels to climb. Everyone starts at Bronze, with VIP Points collected through qualifying gameplay, optional Gold Coin purchases, and Daily Missions.
As you progress, there's a pretty cool selection of rewards you can get- things like weekly Coin Back, improved referral commissions, and one-time SC bonuses for reaching certain levels.
The only downside is that I've found progressing through the levels a little tougher than at some of the more established social casinos I’ve checked out during recent months.

Casino-style games by the thousands
Following its launch, UpUp Casino promised premium games you can play for free- and well, its library certainly isn't short of variety. There’s a growing catalog of roughly 3,900 casino-style titles from more than 30 software studios- familiar names like Evolution, NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming.
Slots galore
Slots account for the bulk of that catalog- and you will find an eclectic mix here of titles plucked from staple themes like ancient history. I checked out Treasures of Cleopatra for a bit of Egyptian adventure, along with 7th Heaven and The Hive. You will literally find everything from traditional fruit machines to Hold and Win releases and Megaways titles.
Table game classics
Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker fans aren’t quite as well catered for, and I would welcome a few more variations here if I were being ultra critical. That being said, I did enjoy playing European Roulette and Baccarat First Person.
Live games
UpUp Casino's live games selection includes big hits like Crazy Time, Funky Time Live and Monopoly Big Baller- each featuring real hosts and interactive game-show formats. I also spotted live blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables from Evolution.
Arcade and instant games
For fans of quicker games, browse the library, and you’ll soon find titles like Plinko, Crash, Mines, scratchcards and fish shooters. I checked out Speed Crash, Shave the Sheep and King Octopus, which were all equally immersive.
The pocket-sized UpUp Casino experience
If you enjoy playing on the move, then like me, you will be a little unhappy to learn that the platform doesn't currently have a dedicated app. I will cut them a bit of leeway here, though, as it is a relative newbie in the sweepstakes casino scene.
On the upside, the mobile website is well optimized for smaller screens, with the same games, bonuses, and account features available as on desktop. I found the layout easy to navigate on my iPhone, and the bottom menu puts everything within an easy tap.

Payment methods and SC prize redemption info
I've already highlighted UpUp Casino's bonuses and virtual currency system earlier, but what if you want to purchase an optional Gold Coin package or redeem your SC for a prize? The good news is that UpUp Casino supports several familiar payment methods. These are:
- Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Cash App
- Bank transfer
The website also processes SC prize redemptions within 1–3 business days, but larger requests may need additional checks. You can follow the progress through your account history, which is a nice touch if you're waiting for an update.

Getting help and support from UpUp Casino
Customer support is another area I always like to put to the test because even the best sweepstakes casinos can leave you needing a helping hand sometimes. UpUp Casino offers email support alongside a selection of FAQs covering common questions.
For my test, I asked whether additional ID checks were needed for larger prize SC prize redemptions. To their credit, the support team did get back to me within 24 hours, but I was surprised by the lack of a live chat option, which would have been quicker.
Does this social casino measure UpUp Casino?
Reflecting on UpUp Casino's full offering, the verdict from me is a positive one. If you're looking for a new sweepstakes casino where you can enjoy thousands of games, collect generous promotional rewards, and explore a few less conventional titles, I think you'll find tons to like here.
