200% Extra: Get up to 33,333 Gold Coins + 44.4 SC
Let me get right to the bottom line: I’m really loving this sweepstakes casino, and once you read my Spindoo review you’re going to see why. From bonuses to entertaining games to solid redemption policies, this is a fun place.
Is there anything I’d like to change or see improved on this gaming site? Of course, as no site is perfect. That’s why I’ve provided my honest evaluation that includes the gaming experience, customer service review, payments and redemptions, and so much more. Is this site a good fit for you? Read on to find out…
What is Spindoo sweeps casino?
This platform is a sweepstakes casino, which means there is no real-money gambling involved. Instead, this casino-style gaming site operates using two types of virtual currency: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). You can use the Gold Coins to play any of the site’s games for fun and entertainment. You can play these same games in sweepstakes mode by using your Sweeps Coins, which gives you a chance to collect redeemable SC. Once you’ve met the 1x playthrough requirement and other redemption requirements, then you can redeem any eligible SC for real prizes in the form of cash and gift cards.
So now that you have an idea of how the site works, let’s jump in…
Player safety and security: Is Spindoo legit?
I don’t know about you, but I need to know about the company before I share my email address with them, much less my payment info and other personal details. That’s why my first task was to research the company behind this brand, which is PMSG Media Limited, a company that launched in 2024 and is a registered business in the Isle of Man. My research didn’t turn up anything concerning – and in fact, this company appears to be transparent and compliant with the law. You can see this when you view the clear and detailed terms, conditions, rules, privacy policy, and other documents on their website.
The second thing I examined is whether this company prioritizes keeping players safe, and I can confidently say that they do. You can see it when you visit the secure website that offers advanced-level encryption technologies, as well as the fact that their third-party payment and gaming providers are all reputable companies as well. This brand also offers player-safety resources and tools, which shows they care about their players.
After reviewing all of this, I felt 100% confident about joining the site, and that brings us to the next part of my site evaluation…
Review of Spindoo’s welcome bonus
Spindoo keeps its welcome offer straightforward, with a combination of GC, SC, and bonus wheel spins for new players. Here’s a quick look at what’s included and how to get started.
- Visit Spindoo and click the sign-up or registration button.
- Choose a registration method by signing up with Google or entering your email address and a password.
- Verify your email address using the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your new account once verification is complete.
- Claim your welcome offer of 11,111 GC, 2 SC, and 3 free spins on the bonus wheel.
- Use your daily bonus wheel spins for a chance to collect additional GC and SC.
The only thing that would make this Spindoo bonus more comparable to other brands is a larger amount of Gold Coins, as many brands offer somewhere in the neighborhood of 100,000 GC. But this isn’t a huge issue, as the brand does offer additional opportunities to collect virtual currency, which brings us to the next point…
Are there bonus opportunities available for existing players?
Yes, there sure are, and you can collect GC and/or SC in the following ways:
- Log in daily to spin the prize wheel.
- Take part in social media giveaways and bonus drops.
- Make an optional purchase of GC and get free SC as a bonus.
- Request SC by mail, with each successful request netting your 4 SC.
- Refer your friends for a chance to claim both GC and SC.
- Participate in tournament/leaderboard events for a chance to win a share in a virtual currency prize pool.
As you can see, this brand keeps the virtual currency flowing in a variety of ways. You can get the full details inside my full bonus review.
Now before we leave this topic of bonuses, here’s one more related note…
Does Spindoo sweeps casino offer a loyalty rewards program?
If you did some research online like I have, you may have seen some people talking about a loyalty rewards program. At the current time, this brand doesn’t offer a loyalty program. I’v looked in every nook and cranny of the site, and I see nothing about XP, rewards, VIP, or anything else. So, perhaps the chatter online is just a rumor, or maybe it’s referring to a program that’s going to launch soon, but at the current time there is no program available.
Now that you know about the different ways to collect virtual currency, let’s take a look at how to use your GC and SC. Read on…
Review of Spindoo’s site and gaming experience
The brand features various shades of blue with yellow highlights, which gives the site a vibrant and fun aesthetic. Once you log in, you’ll find it quite easy to find your way around the site. Your virtual currency balance and the various gaming links appear on the left side of your screen, there’s a search bar up top to find games, featured games are in the middle, and a link to the coin shop is on the upper right side.
The gaming catalog is fairly large at 800+ games from top providers such as 3 Oaks Gaming, BetSoft, BGaming, and more. I found many of my favorite slots on the site such as Bonanza Billion, Diamond Explosion, The Godfather Megaways, and more. There’s also a small collection of original games including a cross-the-road chicken game, crash games, keno, limbo and more.
It’s easy to find just about any sort of slot game, as you can use the search feature, or you can browse by categories such as type of slot (e.g., hold and win), overall theme (e.g., “sweet”), volatility level, provider, and more. I especially appreciated that the high volatility slots were easy to find in their own category. Another nice feature is that you can opt in to play jackpot games!
The only games you won’t find on this site are table games or live-casino games. But if you like slots, crash games, and fish games, then you’re going to love Spindoo’s game selection!
Is there a Spindoo app available?
No, at the current time there isn’t a dedicated app available for either Android phones or iPhones. If you’d like a convenient version of the site that’s always just a tap away on your phone, you can choose to install the PWA (progressive web app). Both the regular version of the site and PWA are highly optimized for mobile use, so you shouldn’t have any lags, disruptions, or other issues no matter which option you choose.
Now if you’re like me and you play a lot of games, then you’re likely either going to want to purchase Gold Coins, or perhaps you’ll need to request a redemption of your eligible Sweeps Coins (woot!). Let’s talk about those two activities next…
Review of Spindoo’s payment and redemption options
Even though it’s always optional to purchase Gold Coins at a sweepstakes casino, I almost always do it since it’s a fast and easy way to top off my virtual currency balances. And like most similar platforms, this brand offers free Sweeps Coins as a bonus when you purchase Gold Coins. In addition, this brand seems to always have some sort of special purchase offer available – for example, I took advantage of a special for $9.99, where I received 33,333 GC and 22 SC. The only payment options are debit cards and credit cards (Mastercard or Visa), both of which process instantly and don’t have any fees. I would like to see additional options offered, such as PayPal or Venmo.
When it comes time to send in a redemption request, you’ll need to first be sure you’ve played your Sweeps Coins through at least one time, completed the identity verification check, and then collected at least 10 redeemable SC to redeem a gift card via PrizeOut, or 75 SC to get a cash prize via a bank transfer. I love the player-friendly playthrough requirement and the low minimum required for gift card redemptions. I also appreciated how fast the process takes – it takes one or two days for Spindoo to process your request, and after that your gift card arrives instantly. If you choose a bank transfer, you may need to wait three to five additional business days for your cash to hit your account.
If you have any problems with payments or redemptions, you can get in touch with the site’s customer service. Which brings us to the next part of my Spindoo review…
What is the customer service experience like?
If you need an answer to a basic question, such as how to purchase Gold Coins, you can probably find your answer in the FAQs and support documentation that are available on the site. When you need to bring in human help, then you’ll have the following options:
- Phone service, but the line is only available for those who have payment-related questions.
- Live chat support, but this option is only available if you’ve purchased Gold Coins.
- Email/contact form support, which is available to everyone.
I used the contact form to send my request, and I received a detailed answer back in about two hours. That’s an acceptable response time for email support, but what I’d really like to see is live chat support that’s available for everyone. I get why they save their live options for their paying customers, but I’d still like to see these options available to everyone, which is what a lot of other sweepstakes casinos do. In my eyes, offering live chat for all would move a lot of players’ Spindoo casino ratings from good to great.
Now a few final thoughts on this platform…
Wrapping up my Spindoo review…
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time on this site. This brand is a haven for slots enthusiasts, as the site features 800+ casino-style games from top providers. Those who are primarily interested in table games and live-dealer games will need to go elsewhere. New players can collect a bonus to start exploring the games, plus you can log in daily to spin the prize wheel for additional virtual currency, refer your friends, request SC by mail, and more. The site is user-friendly and the customer service is helpful, although I do wish live support was available for everyone. I had a great time on this site, and I think you will too.
To get started, all you have to do is tap the Spindoo banner on this page. Once you create a player account, your bonus will be applied to your account automatically, and you can start exploring the games. Enjoy!
