Pulsz has become one of the most solid sweepstakes casinos on the market in recent years. With a library of over 1,000 titles to play, its own mobile app and a generous VIP program, it’s easy to see why.
In this Pulsz review I’ll cover everything you need to know from the brand’s sign-up bonus to rewards for existing players as well as what games you’ll find on the site, customer support options and different ways to receive both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Read on to find out whether or not Pulsz is worth your time.
What is Pulsz and how does the platform work?
Before I get too far into the key details, let’s actually take a quick look at how Pulsz works as a platform and why it is accessible in so many US states. Pulsz is a sweepstakes casino which means that instead of requiring a traditional gambling license, the site works based on sweepstakes regulations which allows for broader availability across several states. Instead of playing games with actual cash you’ll be using two types of virtual currency.
The first of these two virtual currencies are Gold Coins (GC). These are strictly used for playing games in standard mode and for fun and, as such, carry no monetary value. You receive GC as part of the free welcome bonus and other ongoing promos but you also have the option to buy them from the site’s store.
Sweeps Coins (SC), on the other hand, can be used to play games in promotional mode. They can also be redeemed for gift cards or cash prizes once you’ve reached the minimum threshold, and met the playthrough and KYC requirements.
Bonus offers at Pulsz – here’s what I found
One of the biggest reasons for signing up at Pulsz is the generous selection of bonuses and promotional offers, none of which will need a special Pulsz promo code to activate, by the way. Here’s everything I found during my review of the site.
Welcome bonus
After you register your account as a new player, you will receive 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.3 Sweeps Coins. No need for any promo codes, the virtual currencies land in your account automatically.
Daily login bonus
Log in once every 24 hours and you’ll receive a base daily login bonus of 5,000 Gold Coins and 0.3 Sweeps Coins. However, if you build a consistent streak, for every consecutive day you’ll receive an extra 0.1 Sweeps Coins. This means that by day 21 you can pick up a daily login bonus of 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.3 Sweeps Coins. I recommend setting yourself a reminder to log in every day as this is a great way of topping up your virtual currency balance.
Optional first GC purchase bonus
While you never have to pay to play at Pulsz, you do have the option of buying additional GC bundles. As an added bonus, if you decide to purchase an optional Gold Coins package you’ll receive a significant boost as a new player. For $9.99 you can get 200,000 GC including 20 free bonus SC and for $19.99 you can pick up a whopping 400,000 GC with 40 bonus SC.
Refer a friend scheme
If you know someone who might enjoy playing at Pulsz as much as you do, you can share your unique referral link with them. The link can be found in your account section. Simply copy it and send it to your friend and if they sign up through this link you’ll both receive a reward. For every eligible referral, you’ll receive a reward back of 6,000 Gold Coins and 30 Sweeps Coins. Just keep in mind that your referral must make a qualifying GC purchase for you to receive the reward.
Mail in entry
When you mail in a handwritten letter to the headquarters of Pulsz, you’ll get rewarded 5 Sweeps Coins back in return. Just note that you must follow the instructions outlined in the brand’s sweepstakes rules exactly for your request to be approved.
Social media giveaways and weekly tournaments
Pulsz runs regular giveaways through its social media platforms where you can receive additional GC and SC. Make sure to follow the brand on Facebook, Instagram and X, as these giveaways can be a quick way to top up your virtual currency balance. You usually have to like or comment on a post and winners are drawn at random.
Getting started at Pulsz: What to know
Setting up your account at Pulsz is pretty straightforward and I was able to complete the full registration in just a few minutes.
Head over to the Pulsz platform via one of the links or banners on this page or download the app for iOS or Android and hit the register button. There are multiple ways to sign up, such as with email, Facebook and Google. Click on your preferred method and you’ll then be asked to input a few details such as your name, date of birth, and email address. After that, verify your email. You’ll then receive your welcome bonus of 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.3 free Sweeps Coins credited directly into your account.
Pulsz usability and platform experience
Browsing through the Pulsz platform is intuitive from the moment you sign up. The games lobby was easy to find with the platform's titles grouped into clearly defined categories such as New, Top Games, Slots, Classic, Megaways and Hold & Win. Further, the website features a handy search function and additional filters which will make finding your favorite games a lot easier.
When I reviewed Pulsz I didn’t notice any lag and the different pages as well the individual games loaded fluidly. In terms of design, the brand relies heavily on bright and vibrant colors, which are pretty easy on the eye. The color pink is pretty prominent on the site, which some players might find a bit kitsch but I didn’t really mind it.
The Pulsz mobile app - how does it work?
Pulsz has its own dedicated app accessible as a free download for both iOS and Android and I’m happy to report that it replicates the desktop experience almost perfectly. You can register, play games, receive bonuses and make SC redemption requests in all the same ways that you would on desktop.
The performance on mobile is smooth with the app loading fast and with the touch controls similarly responsive across Pulsz’s gaming library. If you prefer to play games on the move, the Pulsz app seems like one of the better sweepstakes mobile apps around and provided you’re connected to a strong internet connection you should have no trouble accessing the site on mobile.
The gaming library at Pulsz - what's on offer?
Pulsz has an extensive library of games and the brand is home to over 1,000 titles. Pulsz covers a larger selection of casino-style slots than many of its competitors and cooperates with some of the biggest software providers such as Playson, 3 Oaks Gaming, Evoplay, and BGaming. During my review I particularly enjoyed the following titles:
| Games | Developers | RTP | Volatility | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hot Triple Sevens | Evoplay | 96.1% | Medium | Classic reels, multipliers |
| Aztec Fire | BGaming | 96.5% | High | Free spins |
| Coin Strike: Hold & Win | Playson | 95.8% | High | Coin collect |
| Buffalo Power 2 | Playson | 96.0% | High | Free spins, multipliers |
| Coin Volcano | BGaming | 96.2% | Medium-high | Tumbling reels, coin burst |
Slots
The extensive selection of casino-style slots is undoubtedly the main draw at Pulsz. The slot library includes Megaways titles, Hold & Win slots, old school fruit machines, jackpot slots and more modern video slots. Some of my favorite games on the platform right now include Aztec Fire, Coin Strike: Hold & Win and Buffalo Power 2.
Table games and other alternatives
Pulsz currently offers only a few traditional table games such as Multihand Blackjack and Texas Hold ‘em Poker. If you’re looking for something more beyond slots, you’ll also be able to find card and dice variations such as Classic Dice, Classic Hilo and Hilo Deluxe.
Payment at Pulsz: How to buy optional GC packages
While you don’t have to make any payments at Pulsz, you can purchase optional Gold Coin bundles. To do this you can use all major debit and credit cards as well as Skrill, Apple Pay and Google Pay. I found the GC bundles to be decently priced too, with the lowest starting from just $1.99 for 30,000 Gold Coins.
How to redeem eligible SC winnings for real prizes on Pulsz
Redeeming eligible SC winnings for prizes at Pulsz is not too different from any other sweepstakes casino. If you meet the minimum threshold of 100 Sweeps Coins you can redeem them for cash prizes. But first there are a few steps that will have to be completed.
First, you’ll have to play through your Sweeps Coins at least once first before they can be redeemed. Next, you’ll need to have completed full KYC verification. This means you’ll have to upload a form of photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license, as well as proof of address.
Once these conditions have been reached the process is pretty simple. Click on the ‘Redeem’ button, pick your preferred method, enter your amount and hit the confirm button. Ways you can redeem your SC include online banking and ACH, Skrill and Prizeout Gift Cards.
Gift cards are the fastest method with the overall processing time only taking a few hours to a day at most. In addition, the minimum threshold for gift cards is much lower than for cash prizes, requiring only 10 SC. Cash prize redemptions through online banking, ACH or with Skrill can take up to a week to process.
What’s the customer support at Pulsz like?
Checking out Pulsz’s customer support, I was immediately struck by how well the FAQ section covers most common questions including topics like SC redemptions, bonuses, and how the platform works in general. This is a great starting point for any new player and can already help solve some initial queries you might have.
If you do, however, get stuck and need some more assistance, Pulsz has its own email support. I contacted the customer support team via email and received a response within 9 hours, which was decent enough. The response was friendly and detailed and I was happy with how my issue was handled. According to some of the user reviews, response times can sometimes take as much as 1-2 days, so bear that in mind when trying to get in touch with Pulsz.
The lack of a live chat is the most notable gap in the customer support. A large number of sweepstakes competitors now offer this feature. Having said that, there is a 24/7 phone support accessible to players who have questions regarding redemption and payment related queries.
Safety and security at Pulsz
Pulsz is operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited. The site works in compliance with US sweepstakes legislation and is currently accessible in the majority of US states. However, you cannot currently sign up if you live in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, or West Virginia.
When it comes to security, Pulsz uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. All of the games use certified RNG software to make sure that the outcomes are fair and cannot be tampered with. The platform also has plenty of responsible gaming tools in case you need them. Their sections on safer gaming cover ways to set GC purchase limits and access to support organizations.
The VIP loyalty program at Pulsz
Pulsz boasts its own six-tier loyalty program which you will be enrolled into automatically once you sign up as a new player. Starting out at the Bronze level the different tiers progress through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and the top VIP tier, Royal Diamond. All of these tiers can be reached through accumulating points during gameplay. Simply play in either GC or SC mode to collect XP points.
The rewards and perks get bigger and better as you climb through each tier. Over time the list of benefits include faster SC prize redemption processing, invitations to VIP events and even your own dedicated account manager.
My verdict on Pulsz in 2026 - how does the platform hold up?
Despite having so many competitors to contend with, Pulsz actually manages to more than hold its own. Its large collection of casino-style games is impressive in size and quality, particularly the number of slot titles and big developers such as BGaming, Playson, and 3 Oaks Gaming. I was impressed with the brand’s bonuses too, whether it be the sign up bonus or the daily login bonus that can give you as much as 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.3 Sweeps Coins by day 21 if you keep a streak going.
The six-tier loyalty club offers plenty of opportunities to keep stacking up virtual currencies and the site also comes with a smooth SC redemption process, in addition to plenty of payment methods for optional Gold Coins purchases. The limited amount of table games and the lack of live chat support are the biggest downsides I was able to find on the platform. These don’t take away from Pulsz being a great sweepstakes casino, though.
