245% Extra up to 60 SC FREE + 700 Gold Coins and 400 Diamonds!
Having spent weeks exploring the platform, I’m ready with my High 5 Casino review, detailing everything you need to know about the sweepstakes casino. With tons of games available and plenty of rewards to claim, there’s a lot to cover.
High 5 Casino (H5C) claims to be the number one sweeps casino in the U.S — let’s see if it lives up to the hype! Read on below to discover more about H5C and what it offers users; its bonuses, how the site works, the app experience, payment methods, customer support, and more.
An overview of High 5 Casino
High 5 Casino first launched in 2012 with just 30 slots, making it one of the older sweepstakes casinos out there. In this case, that’s a positive thing — the brand has had plenty of time to hone its offerings and work out any kinks in the system. In 2026, H5C boasts millions of players, has a huge games library, and a solid reputation in the online sweeps space, which I believe it does indeed live up to.
H5C has also won several awards, including “Social Gaming Operator of the Year” at the 2023 and 2024 EGR North America Awards. Pretty impressive!
Game library
With over 1,900 games to choose from, many of which are exclusive to High 5 Casino, you won’t be getting bored easily. I spent hours testing out games from different categories and found the variety refreshing.
Slots
The majority of games at H5C are slots, which is the norm and to be expected at sweepstakes casinos. I particularly enjoyed:
- Da Vinci Power Play
- Platinum Goddess Power Play
- Diamonds of Egypt
Variety games
Ever played Slingo, Mines, Plinko, or Skyliner? High 5 Casino has a selection of around 50 variety games available to users. This makes for a nice change when you want to switch it up from the slots!
Live dealer games
Games like blackjack and roulette are available to play in different variants, provided by Vivo Gaming. You can also try your hand at Dragon Tiger. Live games are incredibly exciting and aren’t offered at all sweepstakes casinos, so this definitely works in H5C’s favor!
How the sweepstakes model on High 5 Casino works
If you’re unfamiliar with online sweepstakes casinos like High 5 Casino, here’s a quick overview of how it all works. Upon sign-up, no purchase is ever required and you do not play with real money. Rather, you collect free virtual currency, Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), and play with this.
Gold Coins have no monetary value and are used purely for entertainment purposes to enjoy games. Though not necessary, you can purchase additional GC should you wish. Sweeps Coins, on the other hand, can never be purchased but can be redeemed for cash prizes if eligibility requirements are met.
In the case of High 5 Casino, players must have collected a minimum of 50 SC to redeem for a gift card and 100 SC for a cash prize. Users must have also completed the 1x playthrough requirement before they are able to redeem the virtual currency. This is pretty standard at sweepstakes casinos across the industry.
As discussed further along in this review, you will get a free welcome bonus of GC and SC once registered with the site — also standard among similar brands.
Pros and cons of High 5 Casino
Having had a good browse of the site and app, I can confidently share the following pros and cons of High 5 Casino.
- Over 1,900 exciting slot games to choose from
- Impressive-value welcome offer
- Extremely reputable software provider
- 24/7 live chat support
- Processing times for SC redemptions could be faster

High 5 Casino’s bonus offers
The operator offers a pretty generous welcome bonus to new users: 250 GC, 5 SC, and 600 Diamonds. All you have to do to claim the bonus is sign up; it’s automatically credited to your account with no need for a High 5 Casino promo code. In comparison to other sweepstakes casinos, I feel that the welcome bonus is quite impressive, especially the amount of SC.
Of course, this isn’t the only bonus you get with the provider. Existing players enjoy regular bonuses as they continue to use the site. I’ll give you a quick overview of these bonuses below, but if you’d like further details, please do check out my H5C bonus review when you have the time.

How does High 5 Casino’s site do in terms of usability, look, and feel?
As you likely know from past experience, solid usability and functionality really make the overall playing experience on a sweepstakes site. Thankfully, High 5 Casino isn’t lacking in either of these departments. The site as a whole is well-organized and easy to navigate. Despite a large games library, I didn’t experience any lagging issues on the site when browsing or switching between games, either.
The software appears to function smoothly and has consistently been reliable upon each login, which was expected considering the fact that it’s operated by the iconic games provider High 5 Games, which has been around since 1995. I didn’t expect to come across any issues in this department, but it was impressive, nonetheless.
Visually, the site is colorful and eye-catching with plenty of great, high-quality graphics. What more could you ask for, really?
A smooth and enjoyable mobile experience on High 5 Casino
It wouldn’t be a well-rounded High 5 Casino review without going over my experience with the app. Both iOS and Android users can download the app on their devices from the respective stores and will enjoy the same functionality and ease of use as they would on the website.
I found that games loaded quickly and all of the same features appeared to be available as the desktop version, including the ability to purchase GC and redeem eligible SC. Navigation is clear and simple, I didn’t experience any lagging, and perhaps the biggest benefit of all? That you can play on the go, of course!
Considering the fact that the sweepstakes casino is operated by a games developer, it’d be pretty disappointing if the app wasn’t up to scratch, wouldn’t it?
Thankfully, that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Users have rated the app 4/5 stars on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
Available payment methods on High 5 Casino
There’s no lack of options available to users looking to either purchase GC or redeem their eligible SC for a cash prize. Let’s go over payment options first. The following can be used to make purchases on both the site and mobile app:
- American Express
- MasterCard
- PayPal
- Skrill
- Trustly
- Visa
When it comes to SC redemption, you have all the same options plus two extras: bank transfers and gift cards. The typical processing time for each of these methods is three to 10 days, aside from gift cards, which usually take between one and three days to be delivered.
Note that in order to make a SC redemption, you’ll have to meet H5C’s redemption requirements: a 1x playthrough requirement and a minimum of 50 SC for a gift card or 100 SC for a cash prize. As I stated earlier on, this is relatively standard across similar sites.
The customer support experience on High 5 Casino
On both the desktop and mobile version of the site, you can get in touch with High 5 Casino’s support team via email or live chat.
The live chat option is available 24/7, though unfortunately you’ll initially be met with a chatbot response. When you do eventually get put through to a live agent, however, you should get a quick and helpful response to your query — at least, that’s the experience I had. The agent seemed knowledgeable and friendly.
Email responses can be expected within a few hours, depending on the time and day that you submit your query. This is pretty standard across competitor sites. H5C also has active accounts on Facebook, X, and Discord. I didn’t try to reach out on these platforms but this is another option available for those seeking support.
You can also try taking a peek at the FAQ section on the site to see if you can find the answer to your question there. I found it pretty extensive, so there’s a good chance you won’t require further support.
High 5 Casino’s reputation and security: Are users safe?
If you're wondering whether High 5 Casino is trustworthy, rest assured, you’re completely safe using the site. Officially operating as High 5 Entertainment LLC, which is registered in New Jersey, the site follows all sweepstakes casino requirements set out by the law.
H5C is certified by the Responsible Gaming Foundation, carries out thorough identity verification checks before users can use the platform, and is SSL and HTTPS encrypted to protect both your personal and financial data. Available payment methods are trustworthy, and there have been no reported issues regarding safety in this department.
For some added peace of mind, consider the fact that the sweepstakes casino has been operating since 2012 — longer than many other sites in the space. It has a good, solid reputation and has had millions of users over the years. I don’t think there’s anything to worry about here.
Is there a worthwhile VIP program at High 5 Casino?
H5C runs a six-tiered loyalty program named High 5 Prestige, launched only a year ago in 2025. The program tracks gameplay and rewards users with exclusive bonuses, prizes, free spins, and additional perks. To become a member, all you have to do is… absolutely nothing! You’re automatically enrolled in the program upon creating an account, which is handy. As you play and collect virtual currency, you’ll progress through the tiers automatically, receiving pop-up notifications when you do so. Of course, the more regularly you play, the quicker you’ll level up.
The tiers are named: Novice, Rising Star, Prodigy, Virtuoso, Elite, and Icon. As with most other loyalty rewards programs, the higher your tier, the more you receive in terms of daily bonuses and harvest collections.
Considering there’s no financial outlay for users and all you have to do is engage in regular play to climb your way up the tiers, I’d say the program is indeed worth the (minimal) time and effort required to take part. Those in the higher tiers even get access to birthday and anniversary bonuses, which is a nice added perk.
Having reviewed other sweepstakes casinos, I’d say this loyalty program is up to par but isn’t extraordinarily unique in its offerings. Nonetheless, it’s a nice addition to the other available bonuses and rewards on the platform.
Conclusion: My final take on High 5 Casino
High 5 Casino, given its long-standing presence in the industry, is generally regarded as one of the stronger sweepstakes casinos out there, and I’d have to agree. It has an impressively large selection of games, plenty of generous bonuses and rewards, a great software system, and a well-functioning app for users on the go. Of course, the SC redemption processing times could be cut a little shorter, but you can’t have everything, right?
If you’re considering signing up, just click through to the site via any of the banners on this page. In no time, you’ll be able to begin your gaming experience with H5C and collect your free welcome bonus!
