Triple Value Deal: 1.5M Gold Coins + 30 SC
While CoinsBack stepped into the scene in May 2026, there’s a lot of talk about the sweepstakes casino. To help you determine if the site is a good fit for your preferences, I prepared this CoinsBack Casino review.
I signed up with the social casino to evaluate its features. I'll cover my findings on this page. To begin with, I will explore its generous welcome offer. I’ll then take a detailed look at its game library, usability, and customer support. Tag along to learn more about my experience at this new sweepstakes casino.
A quick rundown of the CoinsBack Casino welcome offer
CoinsBack Casino has one of the most generous welcome packages I have received while testing sweepstakes casinos. When I joined the site, I claimed 500,000 Gold Coins (GC) + 2 Sweeps Coins (SC) without entering a CoinsBack Casino promo code. This came in after I signed up and passed KYC checks. After claiming this reward, I took advantage of the first optional GC purchase deal. For $9.99, the social casino gave me 500,000 Gold Coins and 30 bonus Sweeps Coins. In other words, I received 200% extra.
Beyond that, CoinsBack keeps things fairly simple. The ongoing promotions are easy to find, and they include a mail-in option, referral bonuses, and regular tournaments, along with the CoinsClub VIP program, which I cover further down. There aren’t as many reload offers as at some older social casinos, but for a site that only launched in May 2026, it’s a solid lineup.
My thoughts on the usability, look and feel of CoinsBack Casino
One of the things that struck me while testing CoinsBack Casino is its modern, snuggier interface. This makes moving around the sweepstakes casino to access different sections of the site an easy ride. My analysis of the social casino revealed that the usability centers on great lobby organization.
I think the provider filter and surfaced tags, combined with the category system, are great. This is because they make discovery faster at CoinsBack than sites that rely exclusively on horizontal carousels. The Search function is also a great feature that lets you find titles you already know by name.
Mobile-first website design
While there are no dedicated Android or iOS apps yet, this wasn’t a problem at all. I didn’t need them to access the social casino on my mobile device and play its games. This is because the site runs like clockwork on all the mobile web browsers I tested.
I’m impressed that the mobile site has all the features that I enjoy on CoinsBack Casino’s desktop version. These include its library, promotions, and communication channels. The site also uses responsive HTML5 technology. This means it can automatically adjust menus and games to fit snugly on different screen sizes. My tests show the sweepstakes casino offers fast web page load times, so expect games to load within seconds.
Casino-style games at CoinsBack Casino
I came across more than 1,400 games while exploring CoinsBack Casino’s lobby. This is great for a new sweepstakes casino that has just launched in May 2026. I also like that more than 20 established software providers power the titles. The list includes big shots such as Evolution Studios, Besoft, and 3 Oaks.
The inclusion of niche providers ShadyLady and ReadyPlay, along with bespoke software, makes CoinsBack's game selection varied. Conveniently, the site has organized the available games into category sections. This helped me get around the lobby and find my favorite titles much faster. You can also browse lineups by software provider. With this in mind, here are some of the game categories you’ll find at CoinsBack Casino:
Slots
I’m a huge fan of sweepstakes slots, and I was pleased to find out that CoinsBack is a slot-focused site. This explains why it’s home to over 1,400 titles. These include 45+ video slots with jackpots. You’ll find most of these games in the Hold & Win category. I had fun spinning Gold and Glory, a 5x3 pirate-themed slot from Popiplay. I also enjoyed playing Evoplay’s Young Eagle Song. This game combines a classic structure with a sprinkle of modern elements.
I saw 49 titles in the Low Spins section. If you are into Betsoft slots like me, you’ll find most of this provider's high-RTP slot games here. Slotfather, a 30-payline Vegas mob-themed slot, is a great example of the Betsoft titles I enjoyed spinning here. Evoplay, Rogue, and NetGaming are also well represented in the Low Spins category. Mystic Alaska, Blazin’ Fireballs, and Aped are examples of my favorite Low Spins titles from these software providers.
On top of that, you'll find tons of classic slots and Megaways titles that you enjoy in SC and GC modes.
CoinsBack Originals
What I genuinely love about the CoinsBack Originals category is that it gives the site differentiation beyond standard catalogs. I think CoinsBack’s in-house team did a great job with its original crash titles. It gives you more than half a dozen options to cherry-pick from. I like how most of them stick to the standard game rules of their respective genres. You can see this in the mainstream ones like Limbo and Mines.
Pepe’s River Run is a breath of fresh air, given that it’s a reskinned version of Chicken Crossing. However, what makes it interesting is that the famous meme character Pepe has replaced the Chicken. And you get prowling crocs instead of vehicles.
Dragon Tower won my heart because this simple instant-win title has a vibe similar to Mines. However, instead of going Ka Boom after a misstep, the hulking green dragon sitting atop the tower roasts the climber.
Shooter games
I spotted 14 shooter-style games from JILI. There isn’t much variety in gaming mechanics and bonuses across individual titles. But I like the range of thematic variance to choose from. I had a blast playing Boar Rush. The game lets me choose between three different variance levels before loading my first shot.
I also like how it is infinitely simpler than traditional fish shooters, such as Beast Fishshooter and Lightning Fishshooter. Jackpot Shooter works the same for the most part. But the main difference is its more mobile-friendly design and four jackpot prizes. Other great shooter games I love playing are Fortune Zombie and Boar Rush.
Making GC purchases and SC redemptions at CoinsBack Casino
When playing at CoinsBack Casino, keep in mind that making Gold Coin purchases is optional. But you can make top-ups whenever you want to prolong your gaming session. When you visit the Gold Coin Store, you can make optional GC purchases using seven payment options, including:
- Skrill
- Visa
- Mastercard
- GPay
- Discover
- AMEX
CoinsBack Casino allows you to play games on its site in promotional mode. To do this, select SC mode at the top of the page when you log in. Once you play through your bonus SC at least once, you can redeem them for real prizes. But keep in mind that you’ll need to accumulate at least 50 SC for a gift card prize. CoinsBack also lets you redeem your SC for cash prizes after accumulating 100 SC.
SC prize redemption options include:
- Bank transfers
- Card transfers
- Skrill
Before CoinsBack approves your initial SC redemption request, you must complete Level 2 verification. You’ll need to upload a copy of your driver’s license and take a selfie. You must also submit proof of address.
If you submit your SC redemption request after meeting the requirements, the average CoinsBack SC redemption time is 1-3 business days. This is faster than what I’ve seen at most sites I’ve tested.
CoinsBack customer support
I think CoinsBack's support infrastructure hits all the right notes. I love how the sweepstakes casino has merged its help center, chat support, and FAQ channel. This gives you a 3-in-1 chatbot you can access right after signing up. You only need to click Help and press FAQ to get to the help desk. I selected the Chat With Us option and was connected to the site’s AI support agent called Angie.
Since I prefer talking to a real support agent, I prompted Angie to transfer me to a human support agent. And it did so within a few minutes. They also provide email support, which I find useful for detailed inquiries. Overall, the response times are great. They replied to my email within 2 hours. Support is also available via around-the-clock Intercom live chat. You can access this feature anytime through the sticky widget. That means you don’t have to wait in line if you have a problem.
VIP program with 14 levels and great perks
The sweepstakes casino has a VIP program called the CoinsClub. What I like about this VIP Club is that it features 14 levels. It also rewards me for being active on the platform. It’s great that I joined the CoinsClub program right after registering my account. The site allowed me to start as a Bronze VIP member. Thereafter, each Sweep Coin I used in gameplay gave me 1 XP point.
After racking up 10k XP points, I became a Silver player and received 20 SC as a level-up reward. And 30 SC was waiting for me when I reached Silver II. One thing I love about CoinsClub is that you’ll enjoy a level-up bonus whenever you climb the ranks. My analysis of its VIP program reveals that you can snap up 10,000 Sweeps Coins from level-up rewards.
Aside from that, you’ll enjoy faster SC prize redemption and exclusive free SC promotions. I was also impressed that my VIP progress is permanent, as this means there’s no pressure to maintain my rank.
Is CoinsBack a safe sweepstakes casino?
Based on my investigations, CoinsBack Casino is a legitimate site. My research reveals that it's owned by MW Services Limited. This is a reputable company that maintains a stellar reputation in the sweepstakes casino industry. I also confirmed that it uses the latest technologies to safeguard your data. Outside of that, it has also partnered with 20+ reputable, licensed software providers. And it plays by the rules, as it operates on the sweepstakes model.
My takeaway – Join CoinsBack and play top-quality games
To wrap up my review, CoinsBack Casino provides a great experience with its vast library of 1,400+ games. It offers great VIP rewards through its CoinsClub loyalty program. I also found its support team to be highly responsive.
While it doesn't offer native apps, this is not an issue. My tests have determined that the mobile site does the job when you want to play on the go. It also has all the features you’ll find when you access the site on your PC. The only difference is that the site has been scaled down to fit the smaller screen on your mobile device.
I can't cast doubt on CoinsBack’s legitimacy. It’s the fourth social casino owned and helmed by MW Services Limited. This Gibraltar-registered company has a proven track record. Click one of the on-page banners to register a CoinsBack Casino account. You can then test the new sweepstakes casino yourself.
