My current Top 3 has got to be:

1. Intense Natural Occurrences - Tornadoes, quakes, avalanche, volcanic eruptions, etc. would be much welcome addition for immersion purposes plus tons of fun to mess with it especially during police chases 😂

2. Aliens & Paranormal - Not only meeting & interacting with them but piloting flying saucers, spaceships, etc. to the moon lol Others like Loch Ness monster when you scuba dive & stuff like that.

3. Public Events or Holidays - Sports games with people packed in stadiums, Christmas celebrations in homes, concerts, Halloween, etc.

1: More variety of minigames
2: More variety of endings like in GTA 4, GTA5, RDR2
3: Dialogue options to change course of ur character and story (Similar to honor system in RDR2)
4: Huge number of open world events
5: Good or sizeable number of stranger mission
6: Detailed type of gun customization like COD
7: Excited for the huge array of customization for vehicles
8: Actual good villain in the main story (Gus Fring Type or something like GTA4)
9: More of a grounded and serious but comedy story
10: Hopefully it delievers in every aspect

I hope a lot more than what was in GTA V... So it'll be too many to name lol!

Man at the height of Breaking Bad popularity I've always wanted a GTA style game from them.

To be honest though I've played all GTA2 to 5 except 4 & never finished all of them because it's just so fun to do open world stuff lol

Cool thread, bump

For me, it's all about making the game as realistic and immersive as possible. Many people found all the inputs that went into your character and its gameplay in RDR2 tedious (shaving, selecting which guns to take when jumping off your horse, cooking food you just hunted) but it made the game so much more immersive. It fit the era of the game where one did not have all of today's modern conveniences, but I'm hoping R* will have found a way to transpose a similar gaming experience to the modern setting.

I hope one way they do this is that at the start of the game, you have little to no money and money is very hard to come by, and importantly, you don't have a set safehouse. 1:13-1:15 of trailer 1 looks like they're in a motel room, so hopefully I'm onto something!

Tbh I liked that of gameplay in RDR2. Its like u are more immersed and for me it was a good thing. I hope it continues on GTA6 but as u mentioned about the starting of the game I think what u said is more likely. Possibly Lucia's story will start from the prison while Jason escaped being capture. Why do I think Jason is going to betray lucia lmao

RDR2 has always been on my radar as next-to-get so what you said bro further cements that. I love immersion in gaming too much lol

And yeah rags to riches has been the MO of GTA games but hopefully this time it's gonna be really tight so it's very rewarding when you get to a certain level.

Since GTAV focused on heists what's VI's main theme you think besides being set in Florida if I may ask tho dude?

Dude I always wanted to 😭 !!!

I've only played GTA2 on PS1, the trilogy on PS2 & then 5 on PS4.

That's why I was hoping for a remaster when they did the trilogy but it seems it's not in their cards anytime soon it seems 😢
GTA4 will never have its own remaster or even a port. Atleast the port has some percentage of getting only because of GTA Plus. More and more R* titles are coming as ports so hopefully GTA4 will have its own port some time later?

Rags to riches is the MO and the stories always work well, but when you make 50K for doing the taxi missions in GTA SA, I really have a hard time feeling like it's me vs the world lol

Bro you need to play GTA4, one of the best, most immersive stories ever written, goated game fr

Yeah dude that's what I gather so far IIRC the devs focus got shifted from GTA4 remaster & Bully 2 to GTA6. Not sure on that tho it's just rumors maybe.

Dude for real not to mention money workarounds like the GTAV stock market lol

IMO it should be an option in the final game nevertheless; some guys want immersion while others just wanna have open world fun.

Maybe it’s just me but I think the only downside of the game is its open world, very minimal imo
When compared to RDR2 and GTA SA, I see what you mean, but the amount of detail that goes into the city itself is crazy; and once you get into the worldbuilding, like radio channels, comedy routines you can go see, all the TV programmes they made for crying out loud, the small-ish world feels so alive tbh

If you've never watched this from the GTA IV television stations, it's R* humour at its best

yeah lol ending GTAV with 2.1 billion dollars is wild

Also Ty just wondering if you know did one of the latest update for GTAV included the Duke (black armoured car) in the story mode?

Because I haven't played mine nor updated it for quite some time now & I saw a YouTube video saying that indeed Rockstar added it which was previously only available exclusively for PS3 to PS4 players.

Thank you Ty bro.

na according to what I know besides Remasters of GTA trilogy and port of RDR1 was the only project that they had but otherwise nothing. I am talking from the September Leaks, Sourcefile leaks and backend stuffs and not making stuff up.
