Amazon City of Gold Bonus Features
Aside from the standard gameplay, let’s take a closer look at the bonus features you can take advantage of.
Ritual Free Spins
You can win 10 free spins if you land three Scatter symbols on Amazon City of Gold.
Every Scatter on a reel turns that reel into a Wild Ritual Reel with stacked multipliers. This maximizes the returns of every free spin.
For example, I landed a Scatter on the middle reel and a thunder turned that reel into a Wild Ritual Reel.
It’s possible to have more of these reels with every single spin!
Depending on the type of Ritual Reel, the multiplier value can range from 2x to 200x.
- Priest Ritual Reel multipliers range from 2x to 4x.
- Shaman Ritual Reel multipliers range from 5x to 20x.
- Golden Idol Ritual Reel multipliers range from 25x to 200x.
The rest of the free spins round is standard.
Wild Multiplier, Stacked Wilds, Wild Spins
This games stands out with its extra generous Wild Multipliers, which are special symbols that have the role of a wild but also of multipliers.
The green W symbol boosts your wins 2x, the purple 20x, and the red one 200x!
Another special feature to watch is the so-called Ritual Reels. These come with stacked wilds and multipliers.
In this case, the multipliers go up to 25x, but the winning potential is massive because the entire reel can be a wild reel.
I must mention the Wild Spin mechanic, which you can activate or deactivate through the Bonus Buy section.
When you activate it, all playing amounts go up 3x times, but every spin guarantees you one Multiplier Wild with up to 200x on the reels.
When the feature is deactivated, there’s no guarantee of a Wild Multiplier appearing at all.
Bonus Buy
Popiplay equipped Amazon City of Gold with a Bonus Buy option.
This feature allows you to spend a select number of coins to trigger or activate one of the Sweeps Slot’s special features.
You have three Buy Bonus purchases you can make on Amazon City of Gold:
- Warrior’s Path for 100x the playing amount.
- Ritual Free Spins for 200x the playing amount.
- Activate the Wild Spin feature for 3x of the playing amount.
I had to try the Bonus Buy option and paid 0.4 SC to trigger the free spins round.
It turned out to be worth it because I won 0.4612 coins. The profit wasn’t big, but it brought me some excitement.
I have to remind you that the Bonus Buy option only activates the feature you want without guaranteeing you any winnings.
